SHIPPING

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders within Peninsula Malaysia are shipped FREE

  • Kimonos are shipped via DHL eCommerce and require a signature on delivery.
  • Rashguards, T-shirts and other apparel are shipped via DHL eCommerce and require a signature on delivery.

Orders within South East Asia. 

We ship to ALL countries within South East Asia at country-specific rates (per kimono). The customer is responsible for clearing any customs and duty charges that are incurred. A remote area surcharge may apply when orders are sent to remote locations.

    RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

    If you think your AESTHETIC product has a material or manufacturing flaw or is defective, we will accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email returns@fightaesthetic.com before returning any products back to us.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement if your kimono is not returned in the condition it was received. Please send back the product unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and all accessories included. We are unable to accept used items.

    Returns and refunds are not applicable for sale / discounted items.

    Pre-order items are made-to-order. Any cancellations made during the order window are subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the full retail price. You will be refunded the balance in the form of store credit. No exceptions.
