Retail Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Customer Service Duties:

• Greeting and assisting customers with product selection and sizing advice
• Processing sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintaining high visual merchandising standards, including folding, replenishing, and organising displays
• Assisting with fitting room management and customer enquiries in person and online
• Supporting promotional activities at tournaments and in-store campaigns

Operational & Warehouse Duties:

• Packing and fulfilling online and in-store customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving, unpacking, tagging, and replenishing new stock
• Organising and maintaining the warehouse and stockroom areas
• Assisting with stock counts and basic inventory control
• Ensuring the store and back-of-house areas remain clean and safe
• Carrying out any other reasonable operational support tasks as directed by the Company
